These hats are made out of a sun protective fabric and have a longer neck flap to provide great sun protection. They don't have a strap. The fabric is water-resistant and made of UPF 50+ nylon. Available in sizes: Newborn 0-6m, Infant 6-18m, Toddler 2-4.
